Given that we do sort of harvest in our organic olive groves, we produce monosortic olive oils, but we also produce mixed oils by combining several varieties. Our olive oils are mild and intensely extra virgin processed solely by mechanical means. They are distinguished by the exceptional aroma and spiciness with a low percentage of free fatty acids.
Our olive oil perfectly fits with fish and meat specialties and is extremely important in preserving the health.
